University Acres

Centrally located and having a good range in home prices, the University Acres subdivision is a good area for many different home buyers. Located between Elizabeth and Prospect and just east of the CSU campus, University Acres boasts easy access to many attractions around Fort Collins. It is just across the street from Poudre Valley Hospital and only a mile from the spacious Edora Park and Edora Pool and Ice Center, or EPIC. This area can also easily access the Spring Creek Trail a beautiful path that runs throughout the city as well as Historic Old Town. Nearby businesses include Culver’s and the Fort Collins Club.

The homes in this subdivision vary in price from around $118,000 to around $460,000. Construction started here in 1958 and continued to around 1973. Out of the 318 homes in the subdivision, 270 are owner occupied. The neighborhood schools for this subdivision are as follows; elementary is Laurel Elementary the middle school is Lesher Middle School , and the high school is Fort Collins High School.
Overall, University Acres is a neighborhood for those of many different interests and budgets.
