Cottonwood is an attractive neighborhood conveniently located near the center of Fort Collins. This subdivision has homes mostly within the price range between $125,000 and $295,000. Most of the homes were built from 1976 to 1990, with some being updated and lots being filled in during later years. There are 165 homes in Cottonwood and about 125 of them are owner occupied. Also nearby is the Foothills Mall, with Macy’s, Sears, and Hollister. In the South Eastern part of town, residents have east access to the growing Harmony Corridor and Front Range Village.
