Collindale

Collindale is a close-knit community near many shopping, dining, and attractions in Fort Collins. Homes in this subdivision were built mostly between 1979 and 1991 with some of the lots filled as late as 2002. There are 513 homes in the subdivision and 76% or 387 of them are owner occupied. These homes are priced between $144,000 and $337,000. The neighborhood schools, Shepardson Elementary, Boltz Middle School, and Fort Collins High School, are all within a half mile of the neighborhood.

Also nearby is the Collindale Golf Course and C.B. and Potts Restaurant.  Just about a mile away is the Foothills Mall with Macy’s, Sears, and American Eagle Outfitters.  Collindale also has very easy access to the Harmony Corridor and Front Range Village with Target, Lowes Home Improvement, and Sports Authority. As well as the Cinemark Shopping Center with Cinemark Theater, Macaroni Grill, and Old Chicago Pizza.
