Scotch Pines

Scotch Pines is a friendly neighborhood near the geographical center of Fort Collins.  Located near the intersection of Drake Road and Lemay Avenue, the subdivision has easy access to most of Fort Collins. It is less than a mile from the Foothills Mall which houses Macy’s, Sears, and Hollister Co., as well as from Spring Park with access to the Spring Creek Trail. Just across Harmony Road from Scotch Pines is Collindale Golf Course and C.B. and Potts Restaurant. On the Drake and Lemay intersection is the Scotch Pines Shopping Center with Sunflower Farmers Market, Starbucks and She She Salon. Residents also have easy access to the Harmony Corridor and Front Range Village with Target, Sports Authority and Lowes Home Improvement.

The neighborhood itself has homes ranging in price between $119,000 and $309,000, and built between 1972 and 1983. Out if the 243 homes in the subdivision, 178 or 73% of them are owner occupied. The neighborhood schools for the area are O’Dea Elementary, Boltz Middle School, and Fort Collins High School.
