The Indian Hills subdivision is located near the center of Fort Collins, and is home to a unique combination of home prices and styles. The neighborhood schools for the subdivision are: Laurel Elementary, Lesher Middle School, and Fort Collins High School. One other perk of this neighborhood is the lack of HOA fees. This however does not take away from the look of the area, it is still well kept and beautiful.

With its central location, The Indian Hills subdivision is easily accessible to almost anywhere in Fort Collins. It is especially close to many of the businesses and shopping opportunities along College Ave. The closest shopping center, at College and Drake, includes King Soopers, Whole Foods, Full Cycle Bike Shop, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Miramont Lifestyle Fitness, and Performance Bike. The neighborhood also has easy access to the Spring Creek Trail, Spring Park, and Old Town Fort Collins.
