Mission Hills

Mission Hills is a popular neighborhood located near the center of Fort Collins. This subdivision has homes ranging in price from about $78,000 to around $444,000. Most of the 205 homes in the neighborhood were built between 1976 and 1980. Out of the 205, about 125 of the homes are owner occupied. The school attendance for the area is O’dea Elementary, Lesher Middle School, and Fort Collins High School.

Mission hills is in a great location for easy access to many attractions around town. It is very close to both Spring Park and Edora Park as well as the Spring Creek Trail and Edora Pool and Ice Center, or EPIC. As for shopping, the subdivision is very close to the Whole Foods Shopping Center with Whole Foods, Performance Bike, Full Cycle Bike, Miramont Lifestyle Fitness, and King Soopers, as well as the Scotch Pines Shopping Center with Great Harvest Bread, Sunflower Market, Starbucks, and She She Salon. Mission Hills is also very close to the Foothills Mall with Macy’s, Sears, Payless Shoe Source, Subway, and American Eagle Outfitters.
