Fort Collins Neighborhoods & Subdivisions

South College Heights

South College Hights is beautiful, well- priced neighborhood with tree lined streets and a friendly atmosphere. Centered around O’dea Elementary and the SCCA Pool and close to the CSU campus, this neighborhood is home to families and students alike.  The neighborhood has around 533 homes and 391 of them are owner occupied. Most of the neighborhood was built between 1955 and 1980 and the prices range from around $115,000 to $315,000. The neighborhood schools are O’dea Elementary, Lesher Middle School, and Fort Collins High School.

South College Heights is located very near the Indian Hills Subdivision and is close to many of the same things. It is a little further from Edora and EPIC, but it is still easy to get there. It is closer to the Whole Foods Shopping Center which includes Whole Foods, Miramont Lifestyle Fitness, Performance Bike, Full Cycle Bike, King Soopers, and Big 5 Sporting Goods. The subdivision has easy access to the Foothills Mall with Sears, American Eagle Outfitters, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, and Macy’s. It is very close to Spring Park and it’s really easy to get to the Spring Creek Trail as well as to the CSU Campus. One of the biggest perks of this neighborhood is the SCCA Pool, an outdoor neighborhood pool with a swim team and a water slide located right next to O’dea Elementary.
