Parkwood

Parkwood is a beautiful neighborhood, situated between Drake and Prospect on Lemay, that has many great homes and even its own lake.  There are about 681 properties in Parkwood, including single family homes and attached dwellings, and out of those 570 are owner occupied. Most of the homes were built between1967 and 1993 and all of them were custom built and designed. The price in the area can range from about $71,000 for a condo or apartment to $1,175,000 for lakefront property and everything in between. The schools for this neighborhood are Riffenburgh Elementary, Lesher Middle School, and Fort Collins High School.

Parkwood is in the perfect location of balance between the original part of Fort Collins and the ever-expanding South Eastern part. It is right across the street from the Scotch Pines Village Shopping Center which includes Starbucks, Sunflower Farmers Market, Great Harvest Bread, Runza, and She She Salon. It is also less than a mile from King Soopers, and only a short distance from the Whole Foods Shopping Center with Miramont Lifestyle Fitness, and Performance Bike. It is also easy to access Edora Park and Edora Pool and Ice Center, as well as the huge variety of businesses and shopping on the  Harmony Corridor and in Front Range Village.
